Same email, different casing or spaces
A@X.com / a@x.com / leading spaces — normalised email dedupe keeps the first occurrence and logs the rest.
Rows with no email still present
Blank-email rows are kept as-is and flagged in the report. No invented emails.

Email trimmed + lowercased. Keep first occurrence of each key. Alternative key only if you name it in writing before start (may need a new quote).
Three files + original returned
cleaned.csv + duplicates.csv (or JSON) + short cleanup-report.txt. Original file returned byte-for-byte untouched.
≤3 hours of implementation work
After payment, file, and written key confirmation. Typical ≤2 h for ≤5k clear email keys. Same business day if inputs arrive before 15:00 Europe/London. Not a guaranteed three-hour wall-clock SLA.

Privacy & data handling

What happens after contact?
You email approx row count, one UTF-8 CSV Y/N, email column name, keep-first OK, and when you need the files. I reply in writing with whether it fits the £69 scope. No full file or payment is needed for that first reply.
Is payment before scope confirmation?
No. Payment details are confirmed in writing only after we agree the job fits the fixed-price scope. There is no payment link on this page.
Is delivery guaranteed within three clock hours?
No. ≤3 hours means implementation work after payment + file + written key confirmation — not a wall-clock SLA from the moment you email. Same business day is typical if inputs arrive before 15:00 Europe/London.
Do you need HubSpot or CRM login?
No. This is a file-only pre-CRM cleanup. HubSpot/CRM is only the destination use case: you import the cleaned CSV yourself. CRM login or API work is out of scope.
What about blank emails and inventing data?
Blank-email rows stay in the cleaned file and are flagged. Missing emails, phones, or companies are never invented. External email validation and enrichment are out of scope.
What if the job is larger than fixed scope?
I’ll say so in writing (OUT-OF-SCOPE or NEW QUOTE) before any charge. Multi-file merge, >5k rows, enrichment, CRM login, or Excel-only deliverable are not absorbed into £69.
