QuietForgeTools · Webhook Mapping Repair
£99 fixed · one mapping repair

Webhook lands — but the Sheet or CRM columns are wrong, blank, or shifted.

One existing form/webhook → Make/n8n → Sheet/Airtable/CRM path that partially works, repaired so test payloads land in the right fields. Fixed £99. Target: ≤3 hours of implementation work after payment, required inputs, and usable access. Async written process — no calls required.

Email to start

Include platform, destination, what’s wrong, and whether a redacted sample is available. I’ll reply with whether it fits the fixed £99 scope. Payment is requested only after scope is confirmed in writing.

You do not need to share live access immediately. First send platform, destination, what’s failing, and a redacted sample payload or form field list if you have one. I’ll confirm whether it fits the fixed-price scope. Live access (collaborator invite or export you apply patches from) is requested only after payment, and only if sample/export is not enough. Prefer invites over passwords. Secrets are never requested in public threads. Access is removed when the repair is done.

Symptoms this fixes

Wrong column

Values in the wrong Sheet / CRM fields

Webhook or form run returns 2xx, but email, phone, or name land in the wrong columns.

Blank

Required fields blank or shifted

Destination row exists but key fields are empty, shifted, or overwritten by later steps.

Nested JSON

Nested payload paths mapped wrong

Paths like data.email or nested objects mapped to the wrong destination field.

Boundary

Path already fires

The webhook fires and a row appears — the problem is mapping, not a dead enquiry path.

What £99 covers

Scope

One existing scenario

One inbound webhook/form → one destination (one Sheet tab, Airtable table, or CRM object). Mapping already exists and partially works.

Repair

Field / path / nesting map

Corrected source paths → destination columns; trim/normalise as agreed; required-field gate (fail closed — no invented emails/IDs).

Proof

Test + mapping note

One documented test payload result showing the destination row, plus a short mapping note (paths used, required fields, leftovers).

Timing

≤3 hours of implementation work

After payment, required inputs, and usable access. Same business day if inputs arrive before 15:00 Europe/London. Not a guaranteed three-hour wall-clock SLA.

Fits £99 vs not suitable

£99 when it fits

  • Exactly one existing Make/n8n (or equivalent) scenario
  • One webhook/form → one Sheet tab / Airtable table / CRM object
  • Mapping defect only (wrong/blank/shifted fields, nested path, type, required-field gate)
  • Redacted sample JSON or form field list available

Not suitable / quoted separately

  • Website enquiry path dead (webhook never fires) → £149 Enquiry Path Repair
  • Greenfield form→workflow build; multi-scenario redesign
  • OAuth / identity-provider repair; custom API development
  • Full CRM rebuild; bulk historical data migration
  • Contact CSV cleanup / dedupe (separate locked offer)
  • Unbound “finish my whole CRM”

What you provide

  • Platform (Make or n8n) and one webhook/form trigger note
  • Destination: one Sheet tab / Airtable table / CRM object
  • What’s failing today (wrong / blank / shifted fields)
  • Redacted sample webhook JSON or form field list
  • Scenario export, mapping screenshots, or a simple destination→source path list
  • Destination columns with required fields marked + acceptance test (“test lead appears once with columns X, Y, Z”)

Async written process

Buyer flow: intake → confirm scope → payment → access if needed → work → completion note.

  1. Intake (from your email)Platform, destination, what’s wrong, redacted sample Y/N. No live access needed yet.
  2. Confirm scopeI’ll reply with whether it fits the fixed £99 scope — or OUT-OF-SCOPE / a separate quote. Payment only after this written confirmation.
  3. Payment, then access if neededPayment details are confirmed in writing after scope agreement. Prefer redacted sample → export → limited collaborator invite only if necessary. Never passwords by email.
  4. Work + completion noteCorrected mapping applied (or patch you apply), one test payload result, short mapping note. One revision if spot-check finds a clear map miss on agreed columns.

Privacy & access

Redacted sample first. Export if needed. Live access only after payment, and only if sample/export is not enough.

Work uses least-privilege temporary access (collaborator invite or a patch you apply from export). Passwords are never requested by email. Secrets must not be pasted in public threads. Access is removed when the repair is done. You keep ownership of the workflow and data.

Price

Fixed for qualifying repair
£99 GBP

Fixed for one qualifying mapping repair on one existing scenario and one destination. Payment details are confirmed in writing only after scope is confirmed. There is no payment link on this page.

Larger or out-of-scope work is quoted separately before any charge. This repair corrects agreed field mapping; it does not guarantee more leads or sales.

FAQ

What happens after contact?

You email platform, destination, what’s wrong, and whether a redacted sample is available. I reply in writing with whether it fits the £99 scope. No access or payment is needed for that first reply.

Is payment before scope confirmation?

No. Payment details are confirmed in writing only after we agree the job fits the fixed-price scope. There is no payment link on this page.

Is delivery guaranteed within three clock hours?

No. ≤3 hours means implementation work after payment + required inputs + usable access — not a wall-clock SLA from the moment you email. Same business day is typical if inputs arrive before 15:00 Europe/London.

Google Sheets and CRM both covered?

Yes, when the job is one existing webhook → one Sheet tab, one Airtable table, or one CRM object, and the defect is field/path/nesting/type mapping. Nested JSON path mapping is included when it fits that single-scenario bound.

What if the webhook never fires?

That is a path defect, not a mapping repair. It is out of scope for £99 and should be quoted as Enquiry Path Repair (£149) or separately — not absorbed silently into this offer.

What if the issue is larger than fixed scope?

I’ll say so in writing (OUT-OF-SCOPE or NEW QUOTE) before any charge. Second scenario, second destination, OAuth, custom API, greenfield build, or CRM rebuild are not absorbed into £99.
