What £149 covers
One defined defect
A specific broken enquiry, contact, or quote path — verified and agreed in writing before work starts.
Implement + test
Repair applied, then checked on the relevant journey. You get a short written note of what changed.
Within 2 business days
Target after you provide required access and any needed content. Clock starts when those are in place.
7-day defect support
If the agreed repair regresses within 7 days, we fix that regression. Larger or new work is quoted separately.
Examples of defects this covers
Dead or wrong-destination buttons
Enquiry / quote / contact CTAs that go nowhere, hit a 404, or open the wrong form.
Submit / confirmation failures
Submit appears to do nothing, loops validation, or never shows a clear confirmation state.
Mislabelled or broken fields
Wrong labels, broken required fields, or mobile-only failures on the enquiry path.
Still one defect
If several independent breaks appear, we bound one for £149 and quote the rest separately.
Qualifying vs quoted separately
£149 when it fits
- One bounded, reproducible defect on an enquiry/contact/quote path
- Access path is workable (temporary collaborator, staging, or patch you apply)
- No redesign, rebrand, or open-ended CRO programme
Quoted separately
- Multiple independent defects or full-site rebuilds
- New CRM/automation stacks, multi-location routing, custom apps
- Anything that cannot be bounded after a written look at the URL
Async written process
Buyer flow: diagnose → confirm scope → payment → access → work → completion note.
- Diagnose (from your email)Website/page URL, what is broken, and any error message or screenshot. No access needed yet.
- Confirm scopeI’ll reply with whether it fits the fixed-price scope (£149 or a separate quote) — usually within one business day.
- Payment, then accessPayment details are confirmed in writing after scope agreement. Access is requested only when needed — least-privilege temporary access; never passwords by email.
- Work + completion noteImplement the agreed fix; check the path; send a short change note. Then 7-day defect support on the agreed repair only.
Access
You do not need to share access immediately. First send the issue and website URL. I’ll confirm whether it fits the fixed-price scope. Access is requested only when needed.
Work uses least-privilege temporary access (collaborator seat, staging, or a patch you apply). Passwords are never requested by email. Access is removed when the repair is done. You keep ownership of the site and content.

Price
Fixed for one qualifying bounded repair. Payment details are confirmed in writing after scope agreement. This repair removes a clear obstacle; it does not guarantee more enquiries or sales.
Larger work is quoted separately before any charge.

Why fixed-scope vs open-ended hiring
This £149 offer is one clearly defined enquiry, contact, or quote-path defect — confirmed in writing before payment. Open-ended hiring (hourly freelancers or agency rebuild quotes) suits discovery, redesign, or multi-defect programmes — the total stays open. Choose fixed-scope when one bounded revenue-path break is enough; choose open-ended hiring when the work cannot be bounded yet.
FAQ
What happens after contact?
You email the page URL and what is broken (or use the form that opens your mail app). I diagnose from that information and reply in writing with whether it fits the £149 scope — usually within one business day. No access or payment is needed for that first reply.
Is payment before scope confirmation?
No. Payment details are confirmed in writing only after we agree the defect fits the fixed-price scope. There is no payment link on this page.
What if the issue is larger than fixed scope?
I’ll say so in writing and quote separately before any charge. If several independent breaks appear, we can bound one for £149 and quote the rest separately.
Difference between £49 Quick Fix and £149 Enquiry Repair?
£49 Quick Fix is one agreed small WordPress/WooCommerce issue (diagnosis, one fix attempt, verification, completion note). £149 Enquiry Path Repair is one clearly defined broken enquiry, contact, or quote path — implement, test, completion note, plus 7-day defect support on the agreed repair. See £49 Quick Fix.
What happens if repair cannot be completed?
If after written look it cannot be bounded or completed within this pass, I’ll explain why in writing. Larger or blocked work is quoted separately — we do not invent a success claim. Payment is only for work agreed after scope confirmation.
Expected reply time?
Usually within one business day for the scope fit reply. Delivery of the repair itself targets within 2 business days after required access and content are in place.
